Construction technology of water-based paint

Waterborne coatings have strict requirements on the temperature and humidity range of the construction environment. Before coating, engineering machinery structures are generally treated by shot blasting. After shot blasting, they are directly sprayed in the paint booth. In winter, the workpiece temperature is almost the same as the air temperature, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of water-based coatings.

Water based paint with wider temperature and humidity range. From the current market of water-based coatings for construction machinery, the construction temperature of some brands of water-based coatings has been relaxed to 5~40 ℃. The workpiece preheating shall not be increased when the water-based coating is applied at low temperature to ensure the application of water-based coating at low temperature in winter.
