Environmental floor construction conditions and plain ground requirements

1. Requirements for plain land before construction

(For new cement floor or new terrazzo base)

Curing period: more than 28 days, with water cut off treatment (floor can be exempted).

Powder light intensity: above 3000PSI (210kgf/cm2 or above C-25).

Water content: below 8%.

Relative humidity: below 55%

Flatness: within 2~3mm/2M.

2. Climatic conditions

In rainy days or when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is higher than 85%, or the temperature is below 10 ℃, construction should be avoided, or other low temperature and humidity resistant products should be used to prevent the paint surface from being dark, white or dry.

3. Site preparation

All sundries must be removed from the construction site. It is better to avoid cross construction and prevent irrelevant personnel from entering and leaving.

4. Ground pretreatment

If the floor is wet in a few places, it can be dried with gas gun before construction; In case of oil stain, special detergent shall be used for cleaning.

5. Construction interval

The construction interval between each two paint layers is 8 hours/12 hours/24 hours. The specific interval shall be based on the following factors: different materials, thickness of paint layer, and temperature.
