Safety and Health Code for Painting Construction

(I) Fire prevention

The paint is a flammable substance with solvent. It is mainly used for safe production and prevention.

1. Open fire, welding and sparks caused by collision are strictly prohibited at the construction site to prevent static electricity and strengthen ventilation.

2. Smoking and wearing shoes with iron nails are prohibited at the construction site.

3. The rags or cotton yarn soaked with paint shall be treated in time or soaked with water, and shall not be piled up to avoid spontaneous combustion and fire.

4. Regularly check electrical circuits, construction tools, and strengthen explosion-proof devices to avoid sparks and fire.

(II) Prevention of poisoning

During the coating process, a large amount of toxic gas will be generated, and the long-term operation will lead to dizziness, palpitations, nausea and vomiting. During the construction, ventilation should be strengthened, and anti poison masks, protective clothing and gloves should be worn.

In case of headache, dizziness and nausea during construction, leave the site hospital immediately to breathe fresh air and go to the hospital for inspection.

After construction, wash hands, faces and exposed parts with soap, insist on bathing, brush teeth with salt water in the morning and evening, drink more milk and brown sugar water, and strengthen health care.
