Key points for floor paint construction

1. As some materials contain solvents, fireworks must be strictly prohibited during construction.

2. The construction site shall be well ventilated to avoid poisoning caused by inhalation of harmful gases;

3. Construction personnel shall wear protective gloves to avoid skin contact with paint; When materials are stored in the open air, they should be stacked neatly on the pallet and covered with adhesive tape to avoid water ingress, and fireworks should be strictly prevented

4. The ground dust shall be completely removed to ensure the adhesion effect of primer

5. As the primer contains solvent, the next construction can only be carried out after it is completely volatilized to avoid foaming;

6. When preparing materials, cardboard (or color strip cloth) must be used to pad the ground to prevent paint from flowing to the ground; When mixing materials, pay attention to their mixing proportion and weigh them. They can be used only after they are mixed evenly.

7. The materials after mixing shall be painted within the service time to avoid the surface being close to hardening and being unable to be used again or difficult to be leveled;

8. Particles or other impurities found during painting shall be removed in time;

9. In case of paint contamination during construction, it shall be cleaned in time to prevent it from being difficult to remove in the future; When spraying for surface treatment (thinner cannot be added), the speed of the spray gun shall be average, and do not stay at one place for too long, otherwise the aesthetics of the surface will be lost;

10. The remaining materials in the barrel shall be scraped off with a scraper plate to avoid inaccurate mixing proportion and material loss;

11. If there is a vertical surface or tread line in the construction site, tape shall be used to stick the edge and mark the line first; After the construction, relevant sundries and empty tanks must be removed, and the site must be cleaned; During construction, the site temperature shall be lower than RH85%, and the temperature shall be above 10 ℃. If it fails to meet this standard, please stop construction or use other low temperature and moisture resistant products to avoid dry or white surface.
