Calculation of coating amount (for reference)

According to the required coating thickness, the nonvolatile content of the coating is calculated by using the density (specific gravity) of the paint, the nonvolatile content (solid content) of the coating and the utilization rate of the coating. The formula is as follows:

1. Varnish and asphalt, density 1.0g/m3

2. Color paint (enamel) is 1.2-1.4 g/cm3

3. Primer 1.5-1.1 g/cm3

4. The thick paste type is 1.8-2.0g/cm3

5. The matte paint is 1.8-2.0g/cm3

Coating utilization rate of common coating methods

1. The utilization rate of brush coating and roller coating is 20-80%.

2. Air spraying method, 50-60% for large area, 15-30% for small pieces, 80-90% for high-pressure airless spraying
